First of all, I love INNISFREE and its ingredients from Jeju, South Korea. This product is a toner, so it is recommended to apply after cleansing your bare face. It may not seem like it, but it is actually quite hydrating, if you put an estimated 10 drops for the whole face and neck area. I am exploring other brands, so I may not re-purchase it, but it is worth every penny as I used it almost everyday, and the product can last for about a year.
